Webinar (9/21): Energize Patient & Family Engagement with the Lightning Step Patient Portal

On Wednesday, September 21st, Lightning Step will host a free webinar about the importance of Patient Portals in operating a successful treatment center.

People in recovery should not be in their journey alone. Patient Portals connect patients and their family to the provider organization before and after personalized onsite treatment. This ensures that everyone has access to their information and can make informed decisions on how to move forward.

From the treatment facility perspective, Patient Portals allow providers to assign documentation (consent forms, assessments, insurance paperwork, etc.), request payment, and have an open line of communication for easily accessible information. The goal is for organizations to work seamlessly with their patient base so that care providers can spend more time analyzing data, providing treatment, and interacting directly with clients. More time with patients means better insights and outcomes.
