We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Managers!

Lightning Step brings together the fundamentals required to operate and grow a successful behavioral health facility in today’s world, integrating CRM, EMR, and RCM functions into an all-in-one software. We help substance use, eating disorders and behavioral health centers of any size guide their clients from referral to discharge, track medical records, and manage insurance claims and invoices, all within one seamless system. Lightning Step was built by a collective of experts with both personal and professional experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment centers.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Managers to find and close new business opportunities. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients to build them into long-term profitable relationships.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and opportunities within a region.
  • Work to qualify and close leads generated by marketing
  • Present Product Overview Demo’s
  • Manage leads brought in from Sales Development Representatives
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospect to close.
  • Strategically orchestrate resources both internally and externally throughout the sales process
  • Accurately capture and report all aspects of account and opportunity information within a HubSpot system
  • Accurately report on forecast/pipeline, continually planning to hit your quota
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team to ensure successful handoff process

Background/Experience:

  • 2-4 years of sales-related, customer facing experiences
